We may not have it all together, but together we have it all.

Milkshake Night and Goofy Grins

One of the things that my Dad is really good at is making homemade milkshakes. MMMMMM. So we had a milkshake night. Elizabeth was so excited that she got her very own cup. One of the things that she has also been doing as of late is these really goofy grins. We call them her hill billy grins. Well we a got pictures of a few of them. Here thay are.

The Mumma

So I finally took pictures of "big" me. I swear I am as big now as I was in the end with Elizabeth and I still have almost 4 months. Sick. I don't like to document pregnancy but I am entering a contest and needed a picture. So here I am.

What Big Girls Do

Well Elizabeth is now a "big girl" and here is the list of what big girls do.

Big Girls:
Have their hair done

Do their makeup

Wear sunglasses

Drive Cars

ARE AS CUTE AS CAN BE!!!!

Halloween

So Princess Lizzy had not 1 but two halloween costumes this year. We had a really cute pumpkin outfit but it wouldn't fit over warm clothes. So a very kind neighbor brought over a pink bunny costume as well.

I got to work this morning and my Dad's assistant Dianne was dressed as a pumpkin so Grandma brought Lizzy for a fashion show to show their matching outfits.

The second one was a pink bunny costume. Later we got all dressed up to go out trick - or - treating. Lizzy was more like a pink marshmallow than a pink bunny, she wouldn't move. She just let Dad carry her and sat there, no moving, no talking, no nothing (why does this not happen in church??) So our trick - or - treating lasted maybe 20 minutes (that includes the 7 minute walk to the neighbors house to show her the costume and the 7 minutes home. I think we managed 6 houses total. Well I guess we will try again next year. It was fun anyways.

So Elizabeth and I were banished to the basement today. They were doing painting in the kitchen and didn't want us to be poisoned. We played with blocks a a bit of dress up. It was fun. Until she got tired and grumpy. But that is what a good nap is for right?!?!

Go for a walk

So Elizabeth was walking around upstairs this morning. Then she found the stroller in the laundry room and pulled on it for a bit. Then she went to the closet and found her jacket and tried to put it on. She sat by the front door with her coat on until Trevor and i decided to take her for a walk down by the park. She lets us know what she wants. She likes to hold Teddy's leash while we walk. It is cute.

Suprise of the day

So Trevor and I finally went to the Doctors for my being "with child" Everyone at the doctors office was really concerned that we hadn't been to the doctors yet. Had to explain life without health care to them. My boss pointed out that 100's of women for 100's of years lived without doctors and ultrasounds. We got to hear the heart beat and we are booked in for an "emergency" (because we haven't been to have one yet) ultrasound. The big suprise is that I am 20 weeks along WOOT HALFWAY!! I thought I was about 16 so an extra month is always nice to have out of the way. We are expecting on Feb 4. only 20 weeks to go. I have decided that I need to go out to storage because I want my baby books so I can know what is going on in there.

Long time no write

Okay so I fell off the wagon, but I have many good excuses. moving, setteling in, camera gone with trevor, camera battery dead and charger in storage. So here I am with a full update of all our adventures since July. So we did a spur of the moment move, deciding that we just didn't want to wait any longer. Trevor and I drove from Tucson to SLC with him in the uhaul and me in the car. Trevor then went up to Calgary and I stayed in Utah for a family get together. I went up to Canada a few days later but Trevor was on the way back down by then. I started to settle in while Trevor worked for his dad down in Wyoming so that both if us could work. I got a job at my dads office working for craiglaw and waymarker. I still insist that it wasn't a pity job they really did want me. Trevor moved up in late August after a trip to Alaska on a Smith Man trip to go fishing (one day I hope to eat lots of fish). That brings us up to the present. I am working, Trevor has started school at MRC and Elizabeth plays with Grandma (I am so grateful for a Mom who will watch my baby for me).

In our Hotel room on our way moving up to Canada

Elizabeth has started a few things of late. She is attempting to walk. She secretly can but is to chicken. She also has a new fad of wearing aprons?? She goes through the drawer and picks one out. She then drapes it around her body and crawls around with it. So not wanting her to get caught on something we tie it on her properly. The scary part is when you try to take it off of her. She LOVES them.

She gets into even more now that she can see up higher

Proof of her love of aprons. We went on a walk over to Stanfords house. She looks like a homeless persome because of her mismashed ensamble organized around her red apron.

Trevor is enjoying school. He is taking a number of general study classes and is enjoying them. I am glad that he is enjoying his classes, heaven knows I never did.

I am working and trying to get paper work done for importing cars, getting health care, Elizabeths immigration etc etc etc. My long term project however is that I am working on a sibling for Elizabeth. Yes we are pregnant again. Haven't been to the doctor yet but we think we are due mid February. 6 months to go.
Well that is all of our info. We are excited to be up excited for things to come (Ashtons wedding next month, Joel and Glenda coming to visit.)

Cheers

Monsoon season is here. It has rained everynight for the past few days. It is actually really nice. It will be pouring rain and still be above 90. The air is thick with the rain and warm. I kind of like it. It is to bad that I will only be able to enjoy it for 3 more days. Wed. I fly out to Utah for a week with my Mom and then I am driving up with her to look for a job. Trevor won't be able to move up for another month. Rough, but worth it I guess. I have been trying to get Elizabeth to walk before we go but now I hope she doesn't until we are all together again. Monday and Tuesday should be busy with packing and getting ready to leave. I can't wait to be back home. Hope to see you all soon.
