Stuffy noses
Both of my kids and myself all have stuffy noses. I know that mine is from allergies. I think that theirs are too. What do I do to help clear their heads, especially Samuels because he doesn't know how to blow his nose??
My pediatrician gave me something for Aubrey when she had a cold (she was 4 weeks old). It's a saline solution that you spray up their nose and it helps to clear it all out. You'll want to do it over a sink. I just forget what it's called! If I remember, I'll leave you another message...
