Tucking Elizabeth into bed last night
"Mom" saddest voice and a very upset face.
"oh no here we go" I think mentally preparing myself to rebuff the onslaught of stay up tactics. "will she start with the drink or the story"
"Yes Sweetheart?" I say
"Mom ... my NOSE pokes OUT"
Stifle a laugh
"That's okay, mine does too." I respond
She rolls over content with this answer and goes to sleep.
Man, just when you think you are ready for anything... where did that come from

That's hilarious! I love the things that come out of these little ones mouths.
Isn't it sad how fast they learn these staying up tactics? Aubrey does it too.
